Verify Roles

Check your own status

Members can type /status in your server to see where they stand without opening a ticket. Only the member sees the reply, and it never adds or removes a role. It shows:

  • the wallets they have linked to your server (shortened, like 0x1234…abcd)
  • the roles Vulcan manages that they currently hold
  • each of your verification rules, marked ✅ when they meet it or ❌ when they don't. Rules that count tokens also show how many the member holds, for example "❌ Whale — Moonbirds, 10+ (you hold 3)"

If Vulcan can't read a collection's holders at that moment, or can't confirm a custom endpoint, ERC-20 or staking rule, the rule says "couldn't check right now" instead of a miss.

A member with no linked wallet is pointed to your verification channel and the Start Verification button. To fix a missing role, they can link another wallet there, or wait for Vulcan's next automatic recheck (every 10 minutes).

/status can be used once a minute per member.
