Your Member Dashboard now shows two numbers that line up: your members, and your verified members, the ones Vulcan manages. Verified members hold a role one of your verification rules grants, and Vulcan checks their wallets and removes the role when they stop qualifying. It is the same number your Billing page counts toward your plan, and the same split the member list, its export and the API use.

Members by role shows each role's total and, for a role a rule grants, how many of its holders are verified. Members holding a rule's role that an admin or another bot gave them aren't verified: Vulcan leaves their role alone and doesn't count them toward your plan.

You can now pull your member list out of Vulcan and into a spreadsheet or your own tools. Open Members under Community and use Export CSV beside the filters. Filter the list first (by search, verified or not, or role) and Filtered list exports exactly those members, across every page; Full list exports everyone. Each row has the member's Discord name and ID, whether they're verified, their roles, their linked wallets, and when they joined.

The same data is also available over the new Vulcan API, so your own site or scripts can check who holds a role, look up which member linked a wallet, or keep a holder list in sync. Create a key under API in the sidebar; the API docs list every endpoint. Only your server's owner and admins can create keys, and a key only ever reads its own server.

Exports and the API are part of data access on the Pro plan and above. Every feature stays on every plan.

Members can now type /status in your server to see what Vulcan sees for them: the wallets they have linked to your server, the roles Vulcan manages that they currently hold, and each of your verification rules marked as met or not met. When a rule counts tokens, they see how many they hold.

The reply is private, so only the member who ran it sees it, and it never adds or removes a role. If Vulcan can't read a collection's holders at that moment, the rule shows as "couldn't check right now" rather than as a miss. Each member can run it once a minute.

It should cut down on "where is my role?" tickets: members can see which requirement they are missing, and are pointed to your verification channel to link another wallet. Vulcan rechecks holdings every 10 minutes.

Moderators can now type /whois @member in Discord to see who someone is without opening the dashboard: their linked wallets, when they joined and first verified, the Vulcan roles they hold, their last few role changes, and any open support tickets, with a link to their full profile on the dashboard.

You can also look someone up by wallet: /whois wallet:0x… shows who linked that address to your server. It only finds wallets linked to your own server.

Server admins, anyone with the Manage Server permission, and anyone with your ticket support role (set under Tickets) can use it. Discord shows the command only to Manage Server holders by default; you can show it to your support role under Server Settings → Integrations → Vulcan.

The reply is private: only the person who ran the command sees it.

Home in the Vulcan dashboard now shows how your community is doing: how many members you have, who joined and left, how many have verified, members by role, and the newest members and latest role changes. If your stats take a moment to load, you'll see them fill in as they're ready.

Each Vulcan tool you use gets a card at the top with its key number, like open tickets, giveaways open for entries, or sales posted in the last 30 days. Tools you haven't set up are listed further down so you can still find them, and a new server still starts with the tour of everything Vulcan can do.

You can now give every winner of a giveaway a Discord role, such as a Winner or OG role. Open a drawn giveaway's entries page, select Give Winners a Role and pick the role. Vulcan gives it in the background, then tells you who got it and who it couldn't give it to.

It only happens when you click, and Vulcan never removes the role. After a reroll, click again to cover the new winners. Vulcan's role must be above the one you give, and only server admins see the button.

Members in the sidebar now lists everyone in your Discord server, not just the members who have verified a wallet. Each row shows their roles, connected wallets, when they joined your server and when Vulcan first gave them a role.

Switch between all members, verified and not verified, narrow the list to one role, and sort by newest to join, longest in the server, or most recently added to Vulcan. Search still finds members by name, Discord ID or wallet, and opening a member still shows their token holdings.

You can now block specific tokens so they never count toward a verify role in your server. Use it for a token that was stolen, or one a bot passes between wallets to collect roles. Open Blocked Tokens under Verify Roles in the sidebar, pick the collection and enter the token ID.

A blocked token counts toward none of your verify roles or giveaway entries in that server, whichever rules use the collection. Members who hold only blocked tokens lose those roles at their next check; anyone holding another token from the collection keeps theirs. Staked roles and the sales and art bots are not affected.

You can now let moderators and team members into your Vulcan dashboard without giving them Administrator or Manage Roles on Discord. Open Team in the sidebar and pick the roles, or the individual members, who should have access.

The server owner and anyone with Administrator or Manage Roles always have access, and only they can change the Team list. Everyone you add can edit your verification rules, which decide the roles Vulcan hands out, so choose them as carefully as you would for Manage Roles. Changes can take up to 15 minutes to apply.

A running giveaway's page now has Edit and Cancel Giveaway. Extend the end time, change the number of winners or adjust bonus entries; entry requirements stay locked once it's posted. Cancelling ends it without drawing anyone.

When you launch a giveaway you can choose a role to mention, such as a Giveaways role. Giveaways are now posted and drawn within a minute of their start and end times, even when several run at once. Every winner is mentioned and pinged in the announcement.

If a giveaway winner can't claim their prize, open the giveaway's entries and choose Reroll Winners. Replace just the winners you select, or redraw every winner, and Vulcan announces the new winners in Discord.

Giveaways also close on time: entries after the end time are turned away, and editing a posted giveaway now updates its Discord message and moves the draw to the new end time. Only members with Manage Server can use !vcreate.

Vulcan now supports Arc, Circle's stablecoin-native chain. NFT and ERC-20 roles, collection-slug rules, the Sales Bot, the Floor Bot and the Art Bot all work on Arc, and sales and transfers reach Vulcan as they happen.

Pick Arc as the chain when you add a rule under Verify Roles or set up a collection for one of the bots.

When a verification rule points at a contract nobody holds, most often a mistyped address or the right address on the wrong chain, we now pause the role after two weeks of empty answers instead of leaving it silently granting nothing. The verify page explains which chain we looked on and what to check, and the role resumes on its own once the rule is corrected or the collection has holders.

You no longer have to open the verify page to find out: the All link under Verify Roles in the sidebar shows a count of paused roles on every dashboard page.

Verification rules and bot collections now use the same compact cards. Each card keeps its role, Discord command, or sales destination visible while giving you direct edit and delete controls.

Longer lists stay grouped where that context matters, and you can expand a group to see every configured collection. Sales destinations remain searchable and paginated, so it is easier to find a setting without opening a shared channel group.

Sales Bot collections now appear as compact individual cards, with the Discord destination shown on each card. Larger lists are split into pages so you can find and edit a collection without opening a shared channel group. Recent sales keep their saved artwork when it is available.

Member profiles now show collection totals at the top and list individual holdings one per line, making large holdings easier to scan. Repeated holding summaries are shown once without changing verification.

You can also open a member’s Discord profile directly from the member page.

When you set up Support Tickets for the first time, saving the channel now takes you straight to Add Category.

You can name a category and set its questions and automatic reply without finding the settings panel again.

If a channel's setup message gets buried or deleted, open its Verify, Captcha, or Support Ticket settings and select Resend Embed. Vulcan posts a fresh message to the saved channel without changing your settings.

The earlier message remains in Discord, so you can remove it there if needed.

Vulcan has been free since 2021, and on October 1 we are introducing paid plans. The full details are on the pricing page now, ahead of time, so nothing about this arrives as a surprise.

The short version: the free plan stays free, covering up to 100 verified members and 3 verification rules with every feature included — about four in ten servers running Vulcan today fit inside it. Above that it is $20/month to 1,000 verified members and $50/month to 5,000.

Only role verification is metered. Captcha, giveaways, the sales, art and floor bots, support tickets, onboarding and the member directory are free on every plan, always.

Nothing changes today, and going over a limit never removes anyone's role. From October 1 a server past its plan gets 30 days to upgrade or trim usage, with everything running exactly as it does now. You can see where your own server stands under Billing in the sidebar.

Your connected wallet addresses are now shown in full on the Account page, with a one-click Copy address action beside each remove control. The Add wallet via OpenSea action has more room around it so it is easier to find and use.

When adding a wallet, the Account page now reminds you that the wallet must be public on OpenSea so Vulcan can verify and register it.

Pick what you need help with and answer a few questions. Your server and the page you were on are filled in for you, so there is no hunting for IDs. Your ticket opens as a private thread in Vulcan's Discord, where our team replies; if you are not in our server yet, the Help panel walks you through joining first.

Screenshots can be added in the thread once it is open.

Server role checks now recover automatically after an interrupted sync, so a worker restart cannot leave a server waiting indefinitely. Checks already running or waiting for Discord's rate limit keep their place.

Transfer rechecks can now remove a member's last holder role when complete live checks confirm that none of their attached wallets qualify for any contract or collection rule granting that role.

Unavailable ownership data and roles with other requirements retain the existing safeguard. You do not need to change your rules.

When Discord rate-limits a server role sync beyond its short retry window, Vulcan now pauses the pass and retries after the cooldown instead of sending more requests for the next members.

Confirmed changes stay saved. Each retry checks current holdings and Discord roles again; persistent limits stop after a bounded recovery period and remain eligible for a later scheduled sync.

Daily custom API role checks now focus on roles each member already holds, reducing requests to your verification endpoint on servers with many rules.

Vulcan still checks every alternative rule for those roles and reviews the full batch before allowing removals. An unavailable endpoint leaves the affected member's roles intact.

Server role syncs now retry brief Discord server errors and timeouts before deferring a member to a later sync.

If Discord stays unavailable, Vulcan keeps the member's saved roles intact and continues checking other members.

Sales posts now retry brief Discord server errors automatically. These retries use Discord's duplicate-message protection when a response is lost after a message was accepted.

Retries stop after a short recovery window, so a prolonged outage can still prevent a post from being confirmed. No settings changes are needed.

CAPTCHA and giveaway entry buttons now stop duplicate Discord responses before starting another challenge or entry action.

If Discord times out before accepting a giveaway entry click, you can press Enter again without waiting for the button cooldown.

Custom verification endpoints must now return an explicit true or false answer before Vulcan changes a member's eligibility. An empty or malformed response leaves their roles intact for a later check.

If you maintain a custom endpoint, return a JSON object with a success field set to true or false.

Giveaways now save their chosen winners before updating the results message in Discord. If that update fails, automatic retries keep the same winners.

A giveaway waiting for its results message shows Results pending in the dashboard. Open its entries and choose Retry Publishing Winners to try again without running a new draw.

If a verification rule points to a role that has been deleted in Discord, server syncs now skip that role and continue checking your other rules. Update the affected rule to choose its replacement role.

Vulcan checks Discord's current role list before syncing. If that list is temporarily unavailable, the sync waits for a later attempt and keeps members' saved roles and your rules intact.

Announcements from your configured Discord channels now retry brief connection failures and Discord server errors automatically.

If a channel remains unavailable, Vulcan keeps its saved announcements and continues refreshing your other channels. No settings changes are needed.

Before updating a member, Vulcan now requires a successful read of their current Discord roles. If that read fails, the update waits for a later sync.

This avoids replacing roles from an old saved list that may be missing changes made by your moderators.

Wallet verification now handles duplicate button responses and brief Discord timeouts more gracefully. If a button click times out while opening a prompt, you can try it again without waiting for its usual cooldown.

A timeout while displaying the verification progress message is retried once before wallet checks begin. This does not repeat wallet verification or role changes.

Collections with 201–500 tokens on a single shared contract can now refresh their holder data. This includes collections that previously exceeded the 200-token refresh limit.

Your existing verification rules keep working without changes. If a refresh is interrupted, Vulcan keeps the previous holder list until a complete refresh succeeds.

When a collection shares its contract with other collections, an interrupted token-owner lookup now preserves the saved holder data instead of replacing it with a partial list.

Holder lookups also combine different capitalizations of the same wallet address without losing or counting its tokens twice. No changes to your verification rules are needed.

A Discord timeout while updating one member's roles no longer stops the remaining members from being processed in that server sync.

The affected update stays unconfirmed and can be checked again on a later sync. Vulcan does not record it as a successful role change just because the request was sent. No setup changes are needed.

Member refreshes now retry interrupted Discord responses before giving up, helping your dashboard's member and role lists stay current.

If Discord cannot finish returning the member list, Vulcan keeps the records for members it has not checked yet. Members who have left are removed from the saved list only after a complete refresh. No server setup changes are needed.

NFT role rechecks now keep each rule on its selected chain when your server uses several rules together. Contract rules also check across collections that share the same contract.

If an ownership fetch fails or stops partway through, affected roles are preserved. When several NFT rules grant the same role, a failed check for one rule cannot be overridden by a negative quantity check for another. No server setup changes are needed.

Giveaway wallet changes and entry deletion now acknowledge your click before processing it, helping these actions complete when responses are slow.

If Discord rejects an expired Update Wallet click, you can try the button again immediately without waiting for the cooldown. No server setup changes are needed.

Vulcan now prioritizes transfers for tracked collections during busy periods on OpenSea, helping verification rules use current ownership data. Sales notifications are processed separately so they can keep moving alongside ownership updates.

When an ownership update is interrupted or arrives in an unexpected order, Vulcan requests a fresh ownership check. Your existing rules and supported networks stay the same; no setup changes are needed.

The dashboard has a fresh look, with simplified Vulcan branding, a compact server menu, subtle gradient surfaces, clearer navigation, more readable tables, and consistent settings and setup screens. Members, tickets, and verification events use the same clear list panels. Larger form controls make editable fields and locked values easier to distinguish. Account and dashboard forms now share consistent field labels and validation feedback. Feature explanations are easier to find, with links to their guides. Verification rules now appear above their activity in compact cards; expand the rule count to see additional rules. Large role lists are searchable and show six cards at a time, while long event details expand on demand. The members list now shows last known Discord roles, with additional roles available on expansion. Member wallets expand to show the full address with a copy button. The activity log shows full UTC timestamps and expandable role, wallet, token, and source details; member profiles bring wallets, holdings, and full-width role activity together below a compact identity header.

In Support Tickets, switch between open and closed conversations and open Settings for channel configuration and categories. Ticket details read like a chat transcript. Onboarding shows numbered steps grouped before, during, and after verification, with Add step buttons positioned where new custom steps appear. Protected members have a compact setup prompt and clear add/remove actions. Bot pages show commands in compact cards; expand a card to see all its collections. Collection setup uses compact choices with recognizable logos and larger names, including existing collections and verification types. Channel setup and recent activity share one workspace. Giveaway cards show status, entries, winners, and dates at a glance. Giveaways is now out of beta. Home puts verification and members first, with Support Tickets under Welcome & engage and updates collapsed to their titles. Vulcan Feed is hidden from Home and the sidebar while we improve it. Captcha brings channel settings and recent checks together, with member names, assigned roles, and UTC dates. Unused features share welcoming setup cards, while empty lists and search results use a consistent compact layout. Secondary screens now share the same forms, delete confirmations, tables, server choices, and account panels. Member names and avatars are consistent across lists and activity, including Protected Users, Captcha, verification, giveaways, and bots, with initials when an image is missing or cannot load.

The verification page now explains when a rule has been paused because its collection URL or contract address cannot be used. Choose Edit this rule to correct the collection details.

Saving a correction that passes validation puts the rule back into regular syncing. Rules awaiting collection information from Vulcan stay active.

Every sale post now carries its artwork, whatever form the collection's art takes.

SVG art renders reliably. Images too large for Twitter are resized and posted at the size Twitter accepts, so a sale tweet keeps its picture. Image formats are chosen per destination, so Discord and Twitter each get one they display.

Set the Sales Bot up under Bots if you have not already — it posts every sale from your collection into a channel you choose.

The Members area is now a finished feature, and the member profile page is the fastest way to answer "why does this person not have their role?"

Open a member and you see their verified wallets, the tokens we can see them holding, and every role Vulcan has granted or removed with a timestamp and a reason. The live token check is fast and dependable: results are cached for an hour, and a check that cannot finish tells you so rather than leaving you waiting.

The event log under Logs shows the same history for the whole server, with full role names and UTC timestamps.

Setting up a bot in a server with 200 channels meant scrolling a 200-item dropdown. Every long dropdown in the dashboard now has a search box, and matching is word-by-word in any order — typing holder general finds general-holders-chat.

The long checkbox lists — Art Bot and Floor Bot channels, Guardian roles, announcement and giveaway channels, sub-collections of a combined rule — get the same filter above them. Filtering never loses a tick you have already made.

Each page's main action has also moved up into its header, so "Add a rule" is in the same place on every page instead of below whatever the page happens to list.

vulcan.xyz has been redesigned, with a page for each feature explaining what it does and how it is set up.

There is also a documentation library at vulcan.xyz/docs covering verification, the bots, onboarding, captcha, support tickets and the questions we are asked most — worth sending to a new moderator before handing them the keys.

A run of reliability work on role syncing, aimed at one thing: a bad moment upstream must never cost your members their roles.

When Discord or a data provider returns an error or rate-limits us, Vulcan now waits and retries instead of reading the failure as "this wallet holds nothing." A recheck that would strip roles from nearly every member of a server is refused outright and flagged to us rather than carried out. Role syncs that used to quietly time out on large servers now finish.

Nothing to configure — your existing rules simply hold up better on a bad day.

The dashboard has been rebuilt from the ground up. Same pages, same settings, new design language — and a fraction of the weight.

A dashboard page used to pull 3.3MB over 25 requests before it could finish drawing. It is now 777KB over 16, so pages paint quickly even on a phone or a slow connection. The old theme's contrast problems went with it: text is now readable everywhere, including for members using a screen reader or high-contrast mode.

Vulcan now verifies holders on 27 EVM chains, up from a handful. New in this round: Abstract, Anime, ApeChain, Berachain, Celo, Lens, Linea, Monad, Mythos, Robinhood Chain, Rootstock, Scroll, Settlus, Shape, Soneium, DATA Network (formerly Story), Unichain, World Chain and ZKsync — alongside Ethereum, Polygon, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Blast, Avalanche and Zora.

NFT and ERC-20 roles work on all of them. On the 17 chains OpenSea indexes you also get the Sales Bot, the Floor Bot and collection-slug rules; on the rest, set your rules up by contract address.

Pick the chain when you add a rule under Verify Roles — every chain shows only the rule types it can actually serve, so there is nothing to configure that will not work.

We have focused Vulcan on doing one thing exceptionally well: EVM token-gating, across 27 chains.

Solana, Bitcoin/Ordinals and Tezos gating are retired, as is verification through Nifty Gateway, Magic Eden and Deca. Holdings on those marketplaces are still verified by contract, like any other collection.

Six betas are also retired: Dune Bot, Leaderboard Bot, Trade Bot, the PREMINT Bot, pre-registered wallets and leaderboard verification. If you were using any of them, open a ticket in our Discord and we will help you find the equivalent.

Robinhood Chain is now supported — holder verification, ERC-20 rules, sales and floors.

It joins the chain picker automatically wherever rules are set up.

Twice an hour, the Sales Bot compares what it has posted against OpenSea's own record of what sold, and fills in anything the live feed did not deliver.

Your channel is now a complete record of your collection's sales rather than a best effort — worth knowing if you quote volume from it. Nothing to configure; it runs for every server with the Sales Bot on.

A combined rule used to cap how many collections it could include — three for trait-based rules, four otherwise. Those caps are gone.

Build a rule out of as many collections as your community actually has. Existing rules keep working exactly as they were.

The Sales Bot now listens to OpenSea's live stream rather than polling a third-party index for what sold.

Sales land in your channel in seconds instead of minutes, and the data behind each post — price, buyer, seller, the art — comes from the same place the listing does.

Abstract is now supported, with holder verification, ERC-20 rules and the Sales Bot.

As with every chain we add, it shows up in the rule builder on its own — nothing to turn on.

An endpoint that let a project hand us wallets ahead of a launch, so a holder who had already registered elsewhere was verified the moment they arrived in Discord.

Retired in August 2026.

Two more chains: Shape and ApeChain. Verification, sales and floors work on both.

Existing rules are untouched — the new chains simply appear in the picker when you add a rule.

Three things for communities that run on standings: roles granted from a collection's leaderboard position, a /leaderboard command for members to check where they sit, and /dune for pulling numbers out of a Dune query into Discord.

Roles that depend on how many a member holds now work for Solana collections and Bitcoin inscriptions, not just EVM chains — hold five, get the whale role.

Members who are in several Vulcan servers can now read one feed of what they missed — announcements and giveaways from every participating server, in one place.

Tell us which channels you post announcements and giveaways in, under Vulcan Feed on the dashboard, and your posts start showing up in your members' feeds. It is a way back into your Discord for members who have drifted.

Gate a role on a Fantasy Top hero — hold the card, get the role, with rarity taken into account.

A rule can now require holdings across several collections at once — hold something from A and something from B to get the role, rather than either on its own.

Set one up by creating a combined rule and picking the collections that make it up. Each part is checked the way a single-collection rule is, so traits and quantities still apply.

There is also more room to work in: a server can now hold up to 200 verification rules.

Blast is now a supported chain. Token-gated roles, sale events and floors all work on it, the same as on Ethereum.

Pick it when you add a rule under Verify Roles.

Magic Eden verification now covers Ethereum collections, not just the chains it started on.

Members holding through Magic Eden get their roles the same way as everyone else — no wallet connect, no extra step.

Retired in September 2026 — holdings on those marketplaces are still verified by contract, like any other collection.

We have rolled out support for more L1s and L2s. Set up token-gated roles, broadcast sale events, and more.

All features are live for Base, Zora, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism and Avalanche.

Entrants submit their verified wallet when they enter, so the moment you draw winners you have a list of winning wallet addresses. No more chasing people in DMs.

/trade offers an NFT, others hit "Make Offer", and Vulcan checks that both parties actually hold what they are trading.
