Plans & Limits
Vulcan was free for everyone from 2021 until 2026. On October 1, 2026 it moves to paid plans — but only role verification is priced, and only above a free tier that most servers never leave.
Everything else stays free on every plan, forever: captcha, the sales, art and floor bots, giveaways, support tickets, onboarding, and the member directory. No feature is locked to a paid plan.
Plans
| Free | Growth | Pro | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Price | $0 | $20/month | $50/month | Let's talk |
| Verified members | 100 | 1,000 | 5,000 | Unlimited |
| Verification rules | 3 | 50 | 150 | Unlimited |
| Scheduled re-checks | Every 3 days | Daily | Hourly | Hourly |
Prices and plan details live on vulcan.xyz/pricing; your server's current usage is on its Billing page in the dashboard.
Verified members counts the members currently holding a role Vulcan manages — not your server's total member count. A 200,000-member server that only runs captcha has zero verified members and is on Free.
Verification rules are your "hold X → get role Y" configurations. Each one counts as a rule whatever its type: NFT, trait, quantity, ERC-20, staking, or custom webhook — so gating one collection by ten traits is ten rules. The caps are set with that in mind; a trait-gated server is not meant to outgrow Pro.
Scheduled re-checks are the full sweeps of every registered wallet. Real-time transfer monitoring runs on every plan, including Free, so a sold or transferred token removes the role within minutes regardless of the sweep cadence.
Going over a limit
Nothing breaks, and nobody loses a role.
Crossing a limit starts a 30-day window to upgrade or trim usage, and everything runs exactly as before for all of it. After that, Vulcan pauses granting new roles; existing members keep theirs. The only roles Vulcan ever removes are security removals — a wallet that no longer qualifies — and those continue on every plan.
Creating a rule past your plan's cap is the one hard stop: rule 51 on Growth is refused at the point you try to create it, rather than starting a clock.
A failed payment works the same way: your server keeps running for 30 days while you sort it out.
Upgrading
Open your server's dashboard, choose Billing in the sidebar, and pick a plan. Checkout is handled by Stripe; card details never touch Vulcan.
Upgrade before October 1, 2026 and you won't be charged until that date — the plan is active immediately, the first invoice lands on launch day.
The same page manages an existing subscription: update the card, download invoices, switch plans, or cancel. Only the server's billing owner (whoever checked out) can open it.
Per-feature limits
These apply on every plan, Free included, and are unrelated to billing — they exist so one server cannot track a thousand collections it does not own.
| Feature | Maximum |
|---|---|
| Sales Bot collections | 10 |
| Art Bot collections | 20 |
| Floor Bot collections | 10 |
| Support ticket categories | 15 |
Verification rules are capped by your plan (above) rather than by a flat number.
Hit a per-feature limit? We're happy to make exceptions for communities with a lot of collections they own. Jump into the Vulcan Discord and open a Support Ticket.
