Good questions
Do my members need an account somewhere?+
Usually they already have one. Vulcan recognizes wallets proven via OpenSea (the most common), PREMINT, or a past verification in any other Vulcan server — over 500,000 collectors qualify on at least one, and they verify instantly. Everyone else uses Vulcan's in-Discord flow, which still never asks for a wallet connection, signature, DM, or external link.
What happens when someone sells their token?+
Real-time transfer monitoring catches the sale and removes the role — usually within minutes, on every plan. Scheduled sweeps then re-confirm everything else: staking positions, ERC-20 balances, trait rules, API rules.
How many rules can I create?+
3 on Free, 50 on Growth, 150 on Pro, unlimited on Enterprise. Each "hold X → get role Y" counts as one rule, whatever its type — including each trait rule on a collection you already gate. Every rule type is available on every plan.
What about roles I assign by hand?+
Mark them as Protected Users and Vulcan will never remove those manually assigned roles — team roles, honoraries, and VIPs stay put no matter what their wallets do.
Can I migrate from another verification bot?+
Yes — Vulcan's migration tooling analyzes your current setup first, and no changes are made until you're certain. Because most members are already known to the Vulcan network, they re-qualify without noticing the switch.
